About Us
Leaders Can Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to build communities of leaders worth following. Our organization was developed in 2019 by Julie Crawford, an executive program leader with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Julie, along with Sterling Martin, started Leaders Can with the goal of creating an organization that brings together other Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members to host events, masterminds, webinars and lunch & learns to build a stronger country with communities of leaders worth following.
With over 40 years experience in working with and leading on the frontline and senior levels in emergency services, business, government, nonprofit and for-profit organizations I have had the opportunity to see leadership, communication, and teamwork at its best and worst.
My passion is to work with individuals, teams, and organizations to find and grow their potential supporting the psychological safety, growth and retention of great people supporting the vision, mission and goals of the organization with the overflow supporting the community and the family.

With over 30 years of business leadership I have a passion to grow leadership for Canadians, across Canada, one connection at a time. This led me to start Leaders Can Foundation, a non-profit organization of experienced coaches, leaders, trainers and speakers supporting Canadian leadership and connections. Using my previous experience as a children and family pastor and as an insurance broker, I know that connections are what help keep us healthy and successful. I was born and raised on the Canadian prairies and have travelled Canada coast to coast. I love the people I have met along the way and look forward to making many more connections throughout our great country.
