Sales is all About Relationship Regardless whether it is a first time meeting or someone you ahve know and sold to for years every success and failure with another individual is based on relationship nothing more nothing less. The goal of sales is to make the sale, to work with the customer to achieve wants and desires. On the other hand the first need of the customer is a relationship with trust. Trust of the product is of high importance and of more importance is the trust in the sales customer relationship. Without trust there is no sale.
