DESCRIPTION:Leadership starts with the right mindset. We’re either leading from our negative emotions such as stress\, fear\, anger\, and guilt\, or we are leading from our positive emotions such as creativity\, passion\, purpose\, curiosity\, and empathy. \nIn this 12-week positive mindset master class\, we will shift our mindset from being trapped by the negative inner voices which hold us back to being pulled by our positive inner voice which sets us free to lead ourselves and our teams in a more positive manner. Moving from negative dominance to positive freedom allows creativity to emerge. Potential expands within groups to uncover and live out of what is resident within them. When leaders are invited into a positive mindset\, time expands\, space opens and awareness heightens. Individuals and teams find their way in the present and are able to explore and pursue their futures together. \nWe are living in a time in which organizational structures\, which we have relied on for centuries\, are crumbling. Leaders and groups are experiencing rapid change\, unpredictability\, and uncertainty\, accompanied by anxiety. Fears and doubts about the future abound. People are crying out through the darkness for something they may have trouble articulating. Those who enter a positive mindset will find an open adventure of vulnerability and delight in addressing the challenges in front of them. \nThis coaching group includes the use of an APP called “Positive Intelligence” where you will have access every day to short mental exercises to help grow your positive mindset. It also includes daily focuses and coach challenges to help you throughout the day to keep your mind clear and focused. \nBased on neuroscience\, cognitive and positive psychology\, performance science\, and the power of factor analysis\, you will come away from these sessions empowered\, encouraged\, and better equipped as a leader of yourself and of your organization. You will experience better performance\, healthier relationships\, and overall happier life. \nEach session\, we will share our experiences\, discuss our challenges and learn how great leaders lead with a positive mindset.
