The Man in the Mirror
Motivation â A great word and yet a word I hate at the same time. đđ
Motivation is what gets us started â but it relies on our emotions â and guess what đ€«đ€«đ€« Emotions (feelings) are fickle! They change at the drop of a hat.
If we rely on emotions to get the results that we want to achieve in our lives â YOU AINâT GETTINâ THEM! you will round a corner and guess what?? You Wonât FEEL Like Doing It!
Itâll get tough!
Itâll get dry!
You might not see results fast enough!
and
Youâll give up!!!
Your success, Your change, Your results Depend On you learning to take âmassive imperfect actionâ over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and overâŠyou get the pointâŠ.I hope!
Life is a fight for territory. Every thought you think, every action you take, every emotion you feel, is either moving you forward â towards a positive future that you envision for your life â or itâs moving you backward â to a place of âstucknessâ (for lack of a better term).
There are lots of people right now that are stuck, that are struggling through that inner battle â between the good wolf and the bad. Who are they going to let win? Thatâs a good question.
In all my work, I seek to provide guidance and a pathway forward, for anyone whoâs interested in growing and expanding in their awareness and in their experience of the life they live.
But I have to stop and do a self-evaluation. Where in my life am I allowing the âbad wolfâ to win over? Am I moving backwards in any way, shape, or form?
I canât do this work and truly help transform lives if I donât start with âthe man in the mirrorâ (that has more meaning than you know).
