I had an brilliant learning discussion with my adult step-son and his thoughts on finding work after a crisis such as COVID – 19.
During employment interview he plans to ask the potential employer how the company dealt with employees during the COVID-19 crisis?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. As we exit a crisis it is our opportunity to do things differently to create a better normal. Is our next opportunity moving in the way of resilience? History of a individual, team or organization will model the way for the future.
