Create Meaningful Connections Coast to Coast
Leaders Can Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to build communities of leaders worth following. Our organization was developed in 2019 by Julie Crawford, an executive program leader with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Julie started Leaders Can with the goal of creating an organization that brings together other Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members to host events, masterminds, webinars and lunch & learns to build a stronger country with communities of leaders worth following.
In 2022, Julie joined together with Cecile McNeal and Rebecca Lyle to form Empowered Parents, a program focues on building community and connection in Airdrie to empower parents and the community.
About Julie Crawford
With over 30 years of business leadership I have a passion to grow leadership for Canadians, across Canada, one connection at a time. This led me to start Leaders Can Foundation, a non-profit organization of experienced coaches, leaders, trainers and speakers supporting Canadian leadership and connections. Using my previous experience as a children and family pastor and as an insurance broker, I know that connections are what help keep us healthy and successful. I was born and raised on the Canadian prairies and have travelled coast to coast in Canada. I love the people I have met along the way and look forward to making many more connections throughout our great country.
